1 — Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions

1.1 — Accepted Documents

Terms and Conditions agreement;
Privacy Policy acceptance;
Bonus Terms and Wagering Rules;
Individual Game Rules and RTP.

If you disagree with any part of these documents, you must stop using our services immediately. Continued use indicates full acceptance of all terms.

2 — Player Eligibility

You must be 21+ years old and legally allowed to gamble in your jurisdiction. Players from restricted territories cannot create accounts or play real money games. You're responsible for knowing your local laws.

3 — Account Management Rules

One account per person, household, IP address—duplicates will be closed and funds forfeited
You're responsible for keeping login details secure and not sharing account access
Account transfers, sales, or sharing with others are strictly prohibited
Accounts inactive for 12+ months may incur €5 monthly dormancy fees until reactivated
We reserve the right to close accounts for terms violations with reasonable notice

4 — Self-Exclusion Options

Players can self-exclude for periods from 24 hours to 6 months via account settings. During exclusion, no deposits, bonuses, or gameplay are allowed.

5 — Identity Verification & Anti-Money Laundering

Government-issued photo ID (passport, license, national ID);
Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement);
Payment method verification (card photos, wallet screenshots);
Source of funds documentation for deposits over €2,000.

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until compliance is achieved.

6 — Banking and Payment Processing

All deposits are processed instantly where possible. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take 1-3 business days. Your account balance represents real money, not promotional credits unless specified.

6.1 — Wagering Requirements & Withdrawal Limits

Minimum 1x wagering required on all deposits to prevent money laundering; failure results in processing fees
Monthly withdrawal limits are €5,000 for standard accounts, higher for VIP players
Withdrawals processed within 1-3 business days after document verification is complete
Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational business funds

7 — Bonus Terms & Promotional Offers

Casino bonuses carry 30-35x wagering requirements and must be used within 30 days
Sports bonuses require 5x rollover on combined odds of 1.50+ within 14 days
Maximum bet with bonus funds is €5 per spin/hand to prevent bonus abuse
Irregular betting patterns, bonus hunting, or system abuse will void bonuses and winnings

8 — Bet Placement & Settlement Rules

All bets are final once placed. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Settlement follows official game results and cannot be disputed after 24 hours.

9 — Prohibited Activities & Sanctions

Account closure, fund confiscation, and reporting to authorities for: fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, multiple accounts, or violation of any terms.

10 — Liability Limitations

Baji Casino's liability is limited to your account balance. We're not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, or losses from external factors beyond our control.

11 — Terms Modifications

We may update these terms periodically with 7 days notice via email and website posting. Continued account use after changes indicates acceptance of revised terms.

12 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Curaçao and Comoros law. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of these jurisdictions.
